Trimbakeshwar : Located 36 kms from Nashik, the town of Trimbakeshwar is an important pilgrim centre and home to one of the five Jyotirlingas in Maharshtra. It is also the source of the Godavari River.

Muktidham : Muktidham Temple is situated at a distance of 8kms. Unique to this temple are 18 Chapters of Geeta written on the walls. One can also see the replicas of the twelve "Jyotirlingas" idols of Hindu Gods & Goddesses incripted on them.

The Kumbh Mela : Held every 12 years, it is the largest religious gathering, attracting a huge number of devotees. The venue of the Kumbh Mela alternates between Nashik, Allahabad, Ujjain and Haridwar.

Deolali Camp : Located 16 kms from Nashik, this town is one of the country's oldest Indian Centers, set up by the British in 1861. The area is surrounded by gardens, playgrounds and wide roads and has an interesting market.
